Interested in setting up your Cogeco email address in Windows Mail? Then your at the right place!
Note: You will most likely need to download and install Windows Mail before you can perform the steps below. In the not to distant future we will be adding a link on this page for Windows mail, if you see the link just click it and you should be able to proceed with the download. The reason we say this is, because we will probably post the link before updating this post, but we will be sure to remove it ASAP after it has been posted. If you don’t see it you can do a quick Google search and you should be on your way.
Now, let’s go!
1. Open Windows Mail and click Tools

2. Select Add from the menu on the right

3. Choose E-mail Account and click Next

4. Enter a Display name (This can be anything)

5. Enter your Cogeco Email Address

6. Make sure POP3 is selected from the top drop down. Set the incoming mail server to
pop.cogeco.ca and the outgoing mail server to smtp.cogeco.ca and then click Next.

7. Enter your Cogeco email address and the password for your Cogeco email address and then click Next

8. Click Finish and you should now be able to use your account.
