Hi:

Didn’t work for me either…but do you have to be connected through Cogeco’s network (ie WiFi at home) for this to work? I am trying while connected to WiFi at the office. Or should I be on a Bell 3G connection.

Can you explain how to set it up using a Samsung galaxy? I tried using the bell outgoing server but it didn’t work.

I had that issue as well, but it turned out my Cogeco Email address and Password were incorrect. Are you sure you are entering this information correctly? If you are not sure you could go to Cogeco Webmail and try to login with the information you are using to see if it lets you in. You can check out information about Cogeco Webmail at the Cogeco Webmail Tutorial and you can change your cogeco email password in your Cogeco Selfcare account

I tried these above steps, but now I get a message “Cannot Get Mail” The connection to the server “pop.cogeco.ca” failed. I would appreciate any help!

Wow! Is this a new Cogeco website? Are you an employee at Cogeco or just a very grateful customer who likes to help others? Anywho, I found this post quite useful and I am eager to see what’s posted next! I am the worst when it comes to computers and stuff, but you convinced me to try setting my cogeco webmail.
